Justin was born in West Chester, PA on July 1, 1986. He was a man of character, however laid back and always greeted you with a big smile. Justin was a man of God and very strong in his Christian faith. He valued his family & friends and had a love for nature and the outdoors. Justin was musically gifted and played multiple instruments – piano, trumpet, guitar and drums.
Justin graduated from Pat Thomas Law Enforcement Academy in Tallahassee, FL. He resided in FL from 2009 through 2015 and loved the friends, classmates, and co-workers who he formed strong lasting relationships with.
Justin moved back to his hometown in West Brandywine, Pennsylvania in the summer of 2015. He enjoyed his job at West Brandywine Township and was loved by his colleagues and the residents he served.
Justin was passionate about animal welfare and making a difference in the world by helping others and spreading kindness.
When Justin died on May 22nd, 2016 it was a tragic loss for his Family, Friends, Co-workers and his beloved dog Bella.
Justin’s mother, Melissa Falvo started this foundation with the help of her younger son, Justin’s brother Alex Hayes. It is their hope to continue his positive impact in the world by spreading Justin’s kindness to those in need, both animal and human.
